Movement Analysis

A movement analysis will look at the subtleties of your biomechanics, your physical habits, holding patterns and the body's compensation strategies. Taking your posture type into consideration, the analysis will identify muscular and structural imbalances highlighting areas to target through treatment and exercise.

Pilates

Pilates is a system of exercises targeting the deep postural muscles of the abdominals and spine. Clinical Pilates targets specific rehabilitation. More generalised work can maintain fitness, suppleness and strength. Suitable for all ages and fitness levels.
